Service availability
Service availability depends on route coverage, address accessibility, safety conditions, weather, gate or yard access, and operational capacity.
Quote requests do not guarantee service until the address, route fit, and requested service details have been confirmed.
Pricing and service changes
Pricing depends on dog count, yard condition, requested service frequency, and any add-ons or special conditions tied to the property.
One-time cleanup and add-on treatments are quoted individually. Recurring service pricing may change if the scope of service materially changes.
No-contract recurring service
Recurring service is positioned as no-contract on the live site. That means homeowners may request changes, pauses, or cancellations, subject to reasonable scheduling notice.
Scoop Doggy Logs may also decline, pause, or adjust service when access, safety, route conditions, or operational requirements make the original plan unreasonable.
