General

How much does dog poop removal cost in Tucson?

Most Tucson homes pay $15 to $30 per visit for weekly service, depending on yard size and dog count. Enter your address in our quote tool to get your exact price in about 30 seconds. You see the number before you commit to anything.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most of our clients are not home when we come through. As long as we have yard access (gate code, unlocked side gate, etc.), we handle everything. You get a text when we are on the way and a notification when the job is done.

How does the first visit work?

The first visit is a full yard reset. We note your access details, gate instructions, pet info, and any trouble spots. After that, recurring service follows your route day automatically. You do not need to schedule each visit.

Is there a contract or signup fee?

No. No contract, no signup fee, no cancellation fee. You can cancel anytime with a text. We keep clients because the service works, not because of fine print.

What service frequency should I choose?

Weekly is the most popular and works for the majority of homes. Twice-weekly is best for multiple dogs or heavy yard usage. Every-other-week is available for low-use yards. Not sure? Start with weekly. You can always adjust.

What areas do you service?

We run weekly routes across Tucson, Vail, South Tucson, Corona de Tucson, West Tucson, Northwest Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, and surrounding neighborhoods. Enter your address in the quote tool to confirm coverage.

Can you handle gravel, turf, dirt, and rock yards?

Yes. This is Tucson. We clean every yard type you will find here: gravel, decomposed granite, artificial turf, natural turf, dirt, pavers, and mixed surfaces. Desert landscaping is our default, not a special request.

Do you pick up the waste or just scoop it?

We bag, remove, and dispose of all waste on every visit. Nothing stays in your yard and nothing goes in your trash cans. We take it with us.

What if I have a locked gate?

Share your gate code during signup or leave it unlocked on your service day. We note access details once and handle it the same way every visit. Your code stays private to your assigned crew member.

Do you offer deodorizer or sanitizer treatment?

Yes. Deodorizer and sanitizer add-ons are available on any plan. They help with odor and bacteria, especially on artificial turf, patios, and high-traffic zones where dogs spend the most time.

How do I know when service is complete?

You get a notification after each visit. No need to check the yard or wonder if we came. If something ever looks off, text us and we will come back.

What if you miss a spot or I am not happy with a visit?

Text or call us. If we missed something, we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument. We would rather re-do a visit than lose your trust.

How do I pay?

We charge the card on file after each service is complete. You get a receipt automatically. No invoices to chase, no checks to write.

What if my dog is loose in the yard?

Let us know during signup. Most dogs are fine with us in the yard, and our crew is comfortable around them. If your dog is reactive or aggressive, we will work out a plan, like servicing while the dog is inside or in a separate area.

Do you service commercial properties or HOAs?

Yes. We provide pet waste station maintenance and common-area cleanup for apartment complexes, HOAs, and commercial properties. Visit our commercial page or call for details.

Is your crew insured and background checked?

Yes. Every crew member is fully insured and background checked. We know you are giving us access to your property, and we treat that seriously.
